Does anyone have an idea, how to create an own sky?

Milkshape isn't worth a damn in that regard. I know that for sure.

It's kind of tricky.
If you import the model into milkshape (all the skies are different), it appears too large for it to show up thus making editing quite difficult.
However, you are able to see the group names which are conveniently quite logically called and so are the bones which perform the right animations.
If you export the model to a format that for example a more advanced program can read (I prefer 3D Studio Max) you can edit it easily the way you want and get it back into milkshape, assigning the groups back to the proper bones and it's done.
Look at each sky available in the game and take note of how they all work.
SOme got moving clouds, some got a moving moon, some haven't gotten anything...
