As the topic says, I was wondering why my antivirus program claims the Emod executable to be a Trojan horse upon installing the mod. (I downloaded it from the e-mod.net page.)

That's news. My Avast virus scanner says it's clean. So does Advanced System Care. Windows Defender didn't pick up anything either and neither did McAfee. You either have an overly strict virus scanner making false positives or the Trojan is coming from your end and infected emod.exe after it was installed.

Scanned it with Malwarebytes and it was clean, I think it was a false flag on your end. Perhaps you should consider using a different antivirus program.
