I tried few textures 512x512 and redemption keeps crashing, so i had to change res to 256x256 and all worked fine... so in my end max res is 256x256 32bit.

Odd. 512x512 has never caused issues for me. I recently tested a flame particle using a 512x512 material without issues.

Graphic card issues? Photo program issues? Forgot to format uncompressed image?

Must be then a driver issue, but vampire just keeps crashing on 512x512... tried everything, so no idea.
