How skins stand in game.

Playing with the not editor trying to learn myself.  :D

I've noticed that many skins, default and created have specific ways they stand, based on how the creator made it.  I've noticed these "stances" seem to be for both male and female skins.  For example,



How are these set?  Is this done within the NOT editor or in milkshit when the skeleton model is actually created?  If it is done in NOT editor how can I go about changing them?

I could be wrong, but I think the nag file dictates that in the not file.
