A few game questions

I'm trying to do a bit of modding and until recently was using AoR. I'm curious to know if these features are in the default game.

1. Do characters feed on thier own in and out of battle?
2. Does Serena raise the dead on here own?
3. If a skill is active does the A.I still cast the same skill?
4. What was the problem with humans not taking proper dmg from guns?
5. Any other problems that a notebook modder could fix that you know of?

Hey, there. 
In the vanilla game:
1) Your allies don't feed on their own unless they're in battle or frenzied. 
2) I've never seen Serena raise the dead on her own.  She's pretty lazy, discipline wise.
3) I've also never witnessed the AI recast a discipline on a target while it was already active.
4) Vampires are supposed to only take half-damage from gunfire.  I think vampires weren't getting the bonus to soak, but I'm not 100% sure.
5) A lot of small details bug me, but it mostly comes down to a matter of taste and interest.  There are definitely things I would change or add, but not necessarily things I would "fix," you know what I mean?

AOR pretty much fixes those things, i think Javs was working on a newer version or AOR...

Thanks you two...I'm basically done modding...just fixing things as I play through for the hundreth time. I still haven't beat the game yet.
