Never expected I'd learn somthing new as early the second video. Also when I said Dracula's Castle, I was refering to the one in the book(which is described quite well), not the castles of Vlad the Impaler. Although I was able to get my hands on the floorplans of Castle Bran, his most famous castle. But no one can find any dementions of it whatsoever (which pisses me off). But thats beside the point, the point is thank you.

And so I invade your forum muhahahahha Fantastic mapping tutorial, Rainmoon, nothing beats a great visual aid with narration You've inspired me to try and overcome my phobia of Embrace. I'm running into a odd hiccup getting started though. I can't seem to deselect a brush without deleting it (or at least it appears to be gone, don't see it in the camera view or any sign of it on the grid). Pressing escape, shift+left click and even using deselect from the pull down menu all make it go poof. I've tried adjusting the settings but haven't had much luck so far. So I thought I would see if you had any suggestions. Thanks again for the tutorial. It's nice that you've taken the time to make this for ne'er-do-wells like me.

Oh and in a not-so-related question, I noticed that Embrace seems like it might be a cousin of QERadiant. Could that possibly mean it might be able to read some Quake-based map files?

Embrace does read any .map file built using QERadient based editors.

Very impressioned by these tutos for embrace 

I want to learn use embrace correctly but too much problem with the language, I have so bad english...
If you can make the same in French it will be fantastic   


(joke, I will try follow yours instructions but embrace is so difficult for new modders)

It seems that the information in Part 4 is already included in the first 5 minutes of Part 5.

Edit: Don't use 7-zip above version 4.65 when creating the nob-file or VtMR will crash when trying to load the map.
