XP 64?

Anyone tried this yet? any conflict with playing games on it? im thinking about getting xp 64 but i have heard theres few conflicts with drivers and games... that true?

Anyway, i just got a "512MB XFX nVidia 8800 GT Alpha Dog" and i have to say i see no difference with my other 2 cards "512MB Power Color ATI Radeon 1650 Pro" and "Zogis 256MB nVidia Geforce 7300 GT"...

8800 GT: Core Speed 600 Mhz, Mem 1800Mhz Cant over clock for some reason and crashes pc if change "Max Frames to render ahead" to "0" in Nvidia Panel.
1650 Pro: Core Speed 600 Mhz, Mem 700Mhz Could not manage to over clock
7300 GT: Core Speed 400 Mhz, Mem 800Mhz Never seen a GFX Card so overclocked, i have set it max to 560 Mhz Clock 945 Mhz Mem with no problems for hours of heavy gameplay, thats a WOW.

This damn Server makes too much noise when the procesors are running high, they make a noise soo bad i cant take it sometimes... it has 3 fans front 2 for each Procesor, 1 for pci adapters, 1 in the back for unknown reason and 1 in the damn Power Supply.

There is no point to 64 bit really, there are few games who actually make use of it.

There is a point in 64-bit, just as there is one in multiple processors.  Problem is that software has to be programmed to use the advantages found with the hardware, else all you have is too much power and nowhere to go.

64-bit is still off in its own little world most of the time. If you're a gamer, you're going to have issues using the 64-bit version of any operating system in this current age. The 32-bit emulation for  those OS's is in its infancy. A lot more 32-bit software does not work on 64-bit platforms than these 64-bit OS developers want to admit.

The biggest reason to go with 64-bit is for the RAM. If you intend on having a computer with more than 4 gigs of RAM than a 64-bit operating system is highly recommended. Otherwise, don't do it. Most software doesn't need that kind power unless you intend on running your own server.
