Does it work for you?

If so how exactly does the [feed] command work?

FEED COMMAND
-----------------------------

[feed] (victim-type) (feeder-type) (true or false)

Has one subject begin or stop a feed upon another subject.
The (victim-type) is a targeting keyword for who will be fed upon.
The (feeder-type) is a targeting keyword for who will feed.
The (true or false) param will start a feed if true or stop a feed in progress when false.

One thing that could be nice (if possible) would be to have the ability to assign keyboard shortcuts to the disciplines.  At least for some common abilities like "feed".  Unless, of course, that it would cause more problems than it would solve.

That wouldn't be possible because those key bindings can't be changed. 'f' only looks for Feed discipline and 'h' only looks for Bloodhealing or Heal disciplines, which no longer exist in Wodal. I can't bind a key to a Wodal script.

Speaking of feed, I finally got around to adding some useful commands that I used to make my own custom feed script in Wodal. The new feed script works much better for PnP, but does need a little more work. I'll include the new feed script with 0.3a - this also means I'll be redoing diablerie to be more PnP accurate too.
