I suggest making the feminine features of the face more profound, which is usally done by having less/more smooth features (well I think youd know better than me).
sure its a Alien but the fact that you gave it boobs says you want it to give a feeling of female humaniod and something about it takes away that impression IMO, so I think it might be the head/ maybe the neck muscles?

I'm a guy whose always bitching about the feeth of models... So I'm bitching right now :-p.

They look linda weird, or its just cause she (I presume) is standing on that platform.

Feet?

Sadly I did'nt have time to do highpoly feet for normal mapping so they are plain and undefined. I'll definately fix that after the comp is over as well as fix up a lot of things I didn't have time for. I also don't know how to set up decent lighting and rig so thats something I'll be trying to learn asap too.
