Hehe, this has prompted me to go sifting through lots of old CD-Rs that were burned around the time i played Vampire....ive also come across my Redemption CDs (though i no longer have the box!! Therefore no CD-Key)! Ive found some very interesting things that i never finished or released anywhere, ive also found my original Transparent Weapons Pack that i made AAAGES ago that got onto the Top 25 downloads list on Mapdepo many moons ago! I thought id lost that forever!

Im seriously thinking of going down nostalgia lane and re-installing Vampire so i can check out my stuff and take some screenshots and maybe some video!

For now though, here's some pictures ive made into jpgs from the original targas of:

A: Zombie Brad from Resident Evil 2
B: Chris Redfield
C: Chris Redfield Upgrade
D: Lion El Jonson dark ages skin
E: My reskin of the WTD Necromancer skin that Pink wanted me to do
F: A picture of a map i mustve been making that had a knight holding one of my transparent weapons!

Im still sifting through multiple CD-Rs so im sure ill come across something else soon. I know i had pictures of my customised Dark Ages enemies pack somewhere.

I feel like a little excited kid!!  ;D

Hehehe. Maybe I should make some FTP space so people can upload stuff so I can sif through them. I've been wanting to make another huge compilation of works - this time of Packs (Weapons, Skins, Props, ect).

I know how to make them all work together and building massive compilations could be the best way of fixing the problems both buggy and compatibility wise.

Ho hum, tried yesterday with no avail to install Vampire. Read the FAQ and solution fixes for XP from Planet Vampire but it still wouldnt install. CD1 wouldnt copy over the cab1 file to my harddrive and when the installer finally did start working it stopped at about 45% with some error message.

In total i found a couple of my first mods (a few .not files) and then i found my Transparent Weapons pack which is 4.6MB uncompressed then i found the stuff i never got around to finishing or releasing (but i got it all zipped etc. when i was in Iraq).

This comprises:

A: Dark Ages Enemies pack (6.3MB uncompressed)
B: Dark Ages skinpack (18.3MB uncompressed)
C: Modern Day skinpack (17.1MB uncompressed)
D: Modern Day weaponry pack (5.8MB uncompressed)

Oh, i also found my playable werewolves pack from bloody ages ago as well as an unfinished Resident Evil 1 Tyrant that i was making with somebody else (cant remember who though now!) when Javokis' RE project first took off.

From what i could see when looking through the files and from what i could remember, quite a lot of the modern day skins had customised sounds with them as well! There was one CD-R that was too badly damaged to read but im 100% certain this had the majority of the stuff i made on it, including a completed Resident Evil pack with skins for all the major characters (Jill, Barry, Wesker etc.). Ive found some remnants of the RE pack elsewhere (hence the pics in the post before). Just wish i could get my copy of Vampire to install!!!!  >:(

Oh yeah. I recall you can also upload those files to vpaine:

http://paine.planetvampire.gamespy.com/

He's like a mapdepo, but not as active, but still up and running with maintenance.
