Forum Upgraded

I finally got around to upgrading to version 1.1. Hopefully this should fix security issues from the prior versions.

I will have to look around for updated themes as the old themes don't seem to work properly with the new version. Personally, I like the professional look, but I'll be sure to add other functional options for themes as I find them. I have posted an announcement about this at least a month ago so this shouldn't come to any real surprise to those that were paying attention to things I announce.

Feel free to comment on the changes.

I'm hoping that this upgrade did some fixes to the bot issues. If it has then I'll be getting rid of the probational system. I'll wait a couple of weeks just to be safe.

I just found out why we haven't recieved any spam accounts sense the upgrade.

Thats good then, a lot of forums have the image verification thing nowadays.
