Well they can try that like on WOW. theres RP servers where there ARE some rules for RP'ing you need to follow. While they aint biggy... still.

And nice idea Jac, but what engine and how to finance that? Not to mention that those games aren't made in a week, nor a year.

I never said it would be a quick project and I was thinking along the lines of the open source Quake Evolved engine...

or something similar.
